At 24 Carrot Films, we have one simple aim - to have pride in every project which we undertake. Amongst the ideas factory at the office we have many exciting projects which are at the development stage, with our most exciting being 'HASTEN THE DAWN'.

In post production, we have our thriller 'WEB OF DECEIT', which includes action across the south coast and Europe with a gripping plot line to keep the audience in suspense.

We are also pleased to announce two brand new projects which have gone into pre-production, 'ONE IN A MILLION' and 'BEYOND THE BLUE HORIZON'. More details of these are available on the links below.

'WITH EVIL INTENT' is our first short film and is available on request on DVD, along with 'Web of Deceit'. Simply get in contact with us, and we'll be happy to send you out a copy!

Second world war drama, where a London evacuee is sent to Dorset where she falls in love with one of two feuding step brothers...

During the blitz on London Laura Kimbles parents and younger sister are killed during a raid. Her employers (Mr & Mrs Taylor) take pity on her and arrange for her to be evacuated to Malchester in Dorset away from the destruction of the East End. She is to work for Mrs Taylors brother, Jack Latham at Lavingdon House. Jack is the local landowner. On her arrival she is met at the railway station by Frank, one of Jack's employees and they are immediately attracted to each other. Frank has a stepbrother, Jed, and the two are constantly fighting. Jed resents anything to do with Frank and vows to destroy his happiness and take away from him anything that he holds dear. Unbeknown to Laura, and before she arrived in Manchester, Frank had sought permission from Jack to enlist in the army and his call to arms comes soon afterwards.

The morning before his departure Frank and Laura watch the dawn rise from over the horizon and make love on the Downs of Lavington. Frank is sent to Normandy and during a fierce tank battle is wounded and falls into a ditch. A telegram is delivered to Frank's parents announcing that he is missing in action presumed dead. Laura is devastated and this is the chance that Jed has been waiting for. He attempts to rape her but is forced off by Laura who runs back to Lavington House. Jack is livid at what has occurred and takes his gun to frighten off Jed but during a flare up in the barn the gun goes off and Jed is killed. Jack is tried for murder but is acquitted. Now it appears that Jack has fallen for Laura and after the years of grieving for his dead wife thinks he may now have found happiness again. But..........

A Test Tube of deadly toxin is stolen from Globe Tech Research by one of the scientists. A chase ensues through the suburbs until the scientist and her pursuer end up on a deserted railway station on either side of the platform. As the dialogue unfolds the reason behind the theft is made clear and just as the situation is about to be resolved a train pulls into the station. As it departs all that is left on the platform is a briefcase. The pusuer runs over the bridge to the other side and as he is about to pick up the briefcase a crunching sound is heard from under his shoe. He has broken the test tube and released the deadly agent into the atmosphere.
